What people Say About Us
Laing O’Rourke have been privileged to be involved with the Nudge trainees on the Armadale Access Alliance (AAA) project for the past 2 years. It has been a rewarding journey of personal growth and career development for our 7 trainees. I sincerely hope that the trainees continue in the construction industry and develop to their full potential. Creating pathways allows role models to develop in the industry and leads to more opportunities for the Indigenous community. Thank you to Nudge for their support and also to the trainees on the AAA project.
Dave Rennick, Armadale Access Alliance

Nudge have always been willing to go the extra mile to support the Public Transport Authority*, its Trainees and Employees. When PTA and/or its trainees were faced with unforeseen circumstances or challenges, Nudge were always there to assist with identifying solutions and provide support. Feedback from our Trainees has been exemplary, and we really value the services and people at Nudge.

The City of Swans partnership with Nudge began in 2014. Since then all of our trainees have been sourced utilising their services. The Nudge Mentors always make themselves available when called upon to assist in times of need, providing guidance, coping methods and advice assisting the trainees to build resilence, good work ethic and become valuable assets to their teams and the City.

I would like to express my gratitude to Nudge in your support of Lendlease and myself in securing quality employees in the Wheatbelt Region. Despite being familiar with the region we would not have the relationships to connect with the number and quality of candidates Nudge was able to in a short timeframe.
