Nudge has partnered with Anglicare WA to offer an exciting Service Access Officer Traineeship, providing a pathway into the community services sector for people looking to build a meaningful career helping others.
Role Responsibilities
- Work towards completing a Certificate III in Community Services or Certificate III in Business
- Be the first point of contact for people seeking assistance
- Listen to clients and help identify their needs
- Learn how to make referrals to appropriate support services
- Assist with administrative and customer service functions within the Service Access Team
- Data entry, maintaining accurate client records
- Working with people from diverse backgrounds
What We Are Looking For
- Have a genuine passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Can use computers and basic Microsoft Office programs
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance
- Not afraid to speak with clients
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
