Once an employee starts their employment they are supported by Nudge’s ongoing support model, which includes a workplace supervisor, workplace mentor and a coach to assist with life outside work. This support model assists the trainee, apprentice or employee to fit into the workplace, understand their role and help them succeed in their training and career.
