1) Coordinator, Services

 

About the Role:

 

Are you a dynamic, solution-focused individual who thrives on providing exceptional support?
As the Coordinator, Services, you’ll be at the heart of Nudge’s mission.
You’ll coordinate activities for our Services creating an employment ripple effect that spreads from trainees and through organisations to transform lives, families, and communities.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership, facilitation, and oversight of the Nudge service delivery process through the coordination and scheduling of project delivery.
  • Collaboration with the team to allocate resources, maintain quality standards, support community engagement and networking activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants and community stakeholders of Nudge – including schools, youth groups, Aboriginal corporations and employment groups.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Passion for supporting young people to build skills and confidence.
  • A team player with a commitment to achieving outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or a similar field.

 

2) Mentor

Open to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people (under Section 50 (d))

 

About the Role:
As a Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in mentoring young mentees, helping them navigate the traineeship process with confidence and clarity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide one-on-one mentoring to Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal trainees.
  • Support trainees in developing both work skills and life skills.
  • Foster a culturally safe space for trainees to thrive.
  • Partner with employers to ensure that the support provided is meaningful and impactful.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • A strong connection to and understanding of Aboriginal culture.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, or related support roles.
  • Passion for empowering young people to succeed in their careers.
  • Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for cultural expression.
