The City of Swans partnership with Nudge began in 2014. Since then all of our trainees have been sourced utilising their services. The Nudge Mentors always make themselves available when called upon to assist in times of need, providing guidance, coping methods and advice assisting the trainees to build resilence, good work ethic and become valuable assets to their teams and the City.
