Meet Your Facilitator: Matt Paki

Matt Paki is a Māori man from the Waikato people of Aotearoa – New Zealand. With extensive experience in tertiary education, government agencies, employment, and youth services, Matt has mentored across various sectors, including Indigenous, disability, corrections, and cultural programs. He holds multiple qualifications in leadership, mentoring, and support services.

As the lead facilitator of the Dare to Care Program, Matt brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to mentoring, ensuring that participants leave with the confidence and tools to make a lasting impact.

Daniel is committed to equipping trainees with the confidence, skills, and support they need to thrive in their careers. His expertise in mentoring and workforce development makes him an invaluable guide for participants in the Right Direction workshop.
