The Dare to Care (DTC) Program is a full-day workshop designed to empower mentors with the skills and confidence to support young employees effectively. Developed in-house by Nudge, this workshop offers a hands-on, practical approach to mentorship, providing valuable techniques for guiding and supporting others.

Meet Your Facilitator: Matt Paki
Matt Paki is a Māori man from the Waikato people of Aotearoa – New Zealand. With extensive experience in tertiary education, government agencies, employment, and youth services, Matt has mentored across various sectors, including Indigenous, disability, corrections, and cultural programs. He holds multiple qualifications in leadership, mentoring, and support services.
As the lead facilitator of the Dare to Care Program, Matt brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to mentoring, ensuring that participants leave with the confidence and tools to make a lasting impact.
