Meet Your Facilitator: Matt Paki
Matt Paki is a Māori man from the Waikato people of Aotearoa – New Zealand. With extensive experience in tertiary education, government agencies, employment, and youth services, Matt has mentored across various sectors, including Indigenous, disability, corrections, and cultural programs. He holds multiple qualifications in leadership, mentoring, and support services.
As the lead facilitator of the Dare to Care Program, Matt brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to mentoring, ensuring that participants leave with the confidence and tools to make a lasting impact.
The Right Direction Workshop

The Right Direction workshop is a dynamic, info-packed 45-60 minute session designed for young talent. Delivered by an experienced Nudge facilitator, this workshop provides essential tools to help trainees build skills, embrace diversity, and prepare for a successful career journey.
