Christmas Wishes from Nudge ED, Ashley Little

As we come to the end of the year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our Nudge partners, stakeholders, and networks, for making this year the most impactful in Nudge’s history.

We are grateful for all of the opportunities we have had to work with so many community organisations throughout WA, to foster and facilitate pathways for young people to commence their employment journey, which will set them up for future growth, goals and aspirations. Our commercial, corporate and funding partners are working closely in collaboration with Nudge to drive the creation of new traineeship and apprenticeship opportunities, which is fueling the development of the future WA workforce and a positive impact on the broader economy and community.

Nudge is excited to continue to connect, collaborate and partner with all these groups to facilitate and deliver a meaningful impact and change in our community, for now and into the future.

Nudge is extremely proud of once again delivering a high retention rate of 90% for the trainees and apprentices engaged and supported by Nudge, an unrivalled success. There is so much work and effort that goes into this outcome – and the real impact is in the young people and workplaces.

Special acknowledgement to the Nudge staff for their enormous effort and commitment to their work and the impact we make – our team has grown further this year, and we excitedly welcomed Mairead, Jarrod and Jodie in that last few weeks. The Nudge Team are a small but passionate group of people, incredibility proud of all that is achieved and the value they add.

From our Nudge family to yours, we wish you a joyous, restful and safe festive season and look forward to working together in 2022. Merry Christmas

Note: The Nudge office will be closed from Thursday 23/12/2022 and will re-open Monday 10/01/2022. Nudge mentors will be contactable through their phones for those trainees / apprentices and employers working over the festive season.
