A message from Ashley Little (Nudge – Executive Director)

Dear valued Nudge partner and stakeholder,

In these challenging circumstances, I would like to acknowledge the significant impact the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on communities and individuals across the world and here in WA.  The world has certainly changed with Covid-19 having a major local and global impact over the past few weeks.  Things will be ever changing and fluid over the coming days for all of us.

At Nudge, our mentors, as supporters of trainees and employers, are being extra vigilant in personal space; greeting protocols (no handshaking) and hygiene as per the recommendations from government and health organisations.  As a person centric organisation we are very conscious and aware of the worry, anxiety and unease that the current situation may cause to trainees and their broader workplaces and we will continue to provide support to all that need it during this time.

We are doing all we can to provide you with continuous and unaffected service while keeping our employees (and yours) safe. We acknowledge that the nature of our engagement and interaction may change in the days ahead but the sentiment and essence of our services will remain with a core focus on the individual and the help they need.

If you have concerns or worries about your workplace and trainees supported through Nudge please feel free to contact myself or a member of the Nudge team.

Our thoughts go out to those who have been directly impacted by this situation and encourage all people in the community to be caring, helpful and supportive of each other in the weeks ahead.

Be kind, stay safe

Ash
