On Friday 15th May, Nudge on behalf of Lendlease Midwest (LLMW) successfully delivered a Work Readiness Training programme for two Certificate III Civil Construction Traineeships. A fantastic opportunity for the local community, and credit to Lendlease, for finding a way to progress these traineeships as we all adapt to the new normal.
Nudge Manager Partnerships, Brad Durack, facilitated the training in Geraldton and mentioned “The candidates were fantastic, very interested and all have good qualities to be a good trainee. LLMW will have a tough choice ahead deciding the outcome.”
In the challenging times of COVID-19 LLMW have implemented robust COVID-19 protocols for the safety of all. The candidates enjoyed integrating the Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) into their training session.
