Laing O’Rourke have been privileged to be involved with the Nudge trainees on the Armadale Access Alliance (AAA) project for the past 2 years. It has been a rewarding journey of personal growth and career development for our 7 trainees. I sincerely hope that the trainees continue in the construction industry and develop to their full potential. Creating pathways allows role models to develop in the industry and leads to more opportunities for the Indigenous community.
