The relationship between Lendlease and Nudge has been one that has developed over the past 15+ months.
This has seen Nudge provide assistance in sourcing, selecting, supporting both trainees and skilled workers across two regional areas – the Midwest (Geraldton) and Wheatbelt (Narrogin and Northam).
Some highlights of our work together include:
– Strong relationships built through Nudges mentoring program with trainees and skilled workers alike. Our experienced mentor Ralph, being a skilled communicator, has connected and built relationships on mutual respect and trust with the trainees and employees as well as Lendlease as the employer.
– Lendlease Trainee Lindsay Hume won the Technical Trainee of the Year award at the inaugural Nudge Awards recently, in November 2018. Lindsay took this prestigious award due to his great work ethic, demeanour, skills, can-do attitude and approach (to work and his traineeship) and working with his supervisor and team to deliver the best service. Lendlease Wheatbelt Supervisor Craig Robertson summed up Lindsay perfectly
“His attitude and skill are great additions to our crew, he is a valued team member”
– Lendlease currently have a total of 15 skilled workers in the Midwest and 11 in the Wheatbelt, supported by Nudge, to assist them towards the completion of their Certificate III Civil Construction (Road Construction & Maintenance) qualification, which is a wonderful achievement for Lendlease employees.
These are just some of the many achievements that have been seen over the Lendlease and Nudge ongoing relationship. It is one that we at Nudge are very proud of – “we work hard collectively, to ensure a cohesive and quality outcome for both parties”, states Nudge Manager Partnerships, Ami Kitchingman.
