The relationship between Nudge and Fulton Hogan has developed strongly over the past 12 + months. As part of the Southern Network Maintenance Contract for Main Roads WA, Nudge has assisted Fulton Hogan in successfully sourcing, selecting and supporting trainees across the South West and Great Southern regions – located in Bunbury, Albany and Ravensthorpe.
The five trainees engaged in their roles and works with Fulton Hogan are:
- Mariah (pictured above), Certificate III Business Trainee (Bunbury)
- Blair, Certificate III Civil Construction Trainee (Bunbury)
- Michael, Certificate III Civil Construction Trainee (Bunbury)
- David, Certificate III Civil Construction Trainee (Ravensthorpe)
- Kyron, Certificate III Civil Construction Trainee (Albany)
Nudge mentors, Ralph, Matt, and Stuart are in contact with trainees regularly and they are all progressing and working well – especially given the challenging working environment of the past few months with regards to COVID-19.
Nudge are very proud to be supporting Fulton Hogan and the trainees on this project, congratulations to all involved for working through the first year of these traineeships and creating sustainable employment opportunities for the local communities in the region. Nudge is looking forward to continuing these relationships and are excited for the next 12 months and the years ahead working with Fulton Hogan.
