On Friday 15th May, Nudge on behalf of Lendlease Midwest (LLMW) successfully delivered a Work Readiness Training programme for two Certificate III Civil Construction Traineeships. A fantastic opportunity for the local community, and credit to Lendlease, for finding a way to progress these traineeships as we all adapt to the new normal.

As highlighted previously the Nudge mentors are doing a fantastic job adapting and reinventing how we engage in the current circumstances, respecting social distancing, by mentoring remotely through virtual processes.

There was great excitement for Nudge this week, with five new Civil Construction Trainees commencing their first day on the job with employer Armadale Access Alliance (AAA) – a joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and BG&E.
